Positive battery post
I just got done with my upper timing covers and valve cover gaskets. When I went to reinstall my positive battery post it wnt screw down tight. Its kinda loose, what should I do? What kinda ill effects will happen if I don't tighten it down all the way? Is it just there for jumping other cars off? Thanks.

It's there for jump starting YOUR car...and for jump starting other's cars...as well as a way to provide power to your car (like thru a battery charger, float charger, battery maintainer) if the battery's voltage is low, disconnected, or removed...or if it needs to be kept charged if not driven frequently.

Just use a different screw. A bigger size will work. Apply pressure while turning it.
