Looking around to get some help on the initial purchase. Since I am new to these cars and don't have a ton of lead time to read up and train up on maintenance and repairs.... I've decided to search for someone I can bring the car to before I buy.

Did a quick search and there are a few:

Funktion Auto Group
44264 Mercure Cir #140
Dulles, VA 20166
United States
(703) 544-0015

Seems to be more general

Think they focus on Porsche

KISS: Buying a used BMW sedan under $5k and need to know what I am getting into with someone that knows how to inform a used BMW 1st time owner.

I'll call around to these guys and let you know what I find out.

If none of those worked out, worse case is there is BMW of Sterling, off Waxpool Dr.

Autoscandia in Herndon also does BMWs and PPIs.

Chapman Auto Werks in Sterling, VA. gets high reviews from the Porsche crowd(co-workers), website indicates that they work on BMWs as well.
