I´m having problems with my Alpine security system after changing the car battery. Mine is a 325i,4 doors 1993 E36. Security system is not working at all. What can I do? Any help will be appreciated

Have you checked any fuses related to the security system? Start there.

You may have to re sync your remote to the car. Find the sequence for doing that

Thanks, I´ll try that but they worked fine after the battery change, later and suddenly I had to be very close to the car in order for opening or closing the doors, later the doors opened or closed and the alarm tripped only some times, finally nothing worked.
