Hi everyone,
Today i changed the head gasket on my 1997 318i. I had to remove the intake manifold, air flow meter, throttle assembly etc.
My problem is when i put everything back together, car starts an runs fine but the accelerator (gas) pedal will not move, it seemed to be stuck.
So i pulled off the air flow meter to get to the throttle assembly and the throttle lever which wont move at all, it seems to be jammed or something. It was only off of the car for a day i don't understand how it is stuck.
Has anyone else had this problem, or know how to fix it?
Thanks

Just wanted to say that i got the problem fixed, should anyone else ever have this problem just check the butterflies at the throttle lever, mine had become stuck. I just had to knock them open and give them a quick clean.
