I must say i checked voltage in cable of glow plug and everything is ok....

 

Not a continuity problem, but a communications problem. The cable is LIN data bus. You need a BMW franchise specialist to fix it.

Just checking... you do know that after changing any Glow Plugs or the Control Box the system needs to be recalibrated ? But Doug may be right if there is an overall LIN Bus issue...
