I installed E-Sys 3.27.1 and PsDzData 4.18.22 followed by Launcher 2.8.2 and as expected ran into the Token Date issue. I changed my system date back 1 year to Aug. 2, 2018 and then ran the Launcher Premium Rearm 2.0.4 but I get an error message that it cannot change the date in CrogramData.
When I try to run E-Sys Launcher, it says 'looking for Esys' in the top bar while repeatedly asking for a EST pin code. It seems to create it successfully but asks me for the PIN immediately.

What step am I missing?

You need to contact the Rearm Script Developer Tony and ask him.
