PSdZData FULL Requests (Programming Firmware)

Hello,

I have version 57.3

Is there a newer version?

What is the newer version?

What does it give over the older version?

Most important, is it needed for a 2016 M3?

I am back at it again. I have had one heck of time trying to update my HU (istep) on my '18 X6 to latest istep.

I even tried to get the dealer here in Costa Rica to do it but they wanted me to sign a release as they said they have bricked ECU modules before and I would need to replace if that happened.

so I have soldiered on hoping to finally find a version of pgm and data that would work.

I started with 3.40.2 Esys and psdzdata 4.39.20. could never get it to generate a tal file.

so I dropped back to Esys 3.33.0 and with this version and same data file I get an error unable to even generate the SVT file with the newest istep. the errors are in German and they seem to be complaining about the psdzdata file.

I want to know if anyone on this site has updated a X6 to a later istep than mine which is F025-18-540. if you did what versions of data and esys did you use and was it with an enet cable?
