Thanks for the FULL version link. Since it is a multipart RAR download, is there a way to extract just the model specific data(F25 for me) and unzip into the Data folder to avoid downloading 100GB?

Not possible. Models share common ECU's. For example, NBT Head Unit can be in many models. The overall package size if broken down by chassis would be some multiple much larger than current size if it included the same firmware repeatedly broken out by model. As such, all the ECU Firmware files are comingled so as to exist only once.
