Full is for Programming. If you are only Coding, then you need only Lite, which you can get here:

Can you send me the links to the latest E-Sys, full PSdZData, and all other software I need to make everything run smoothly?
It's been quite some time since I last played with coding and firmware updating so I don't know what's necessary (Token, Launcher, etc) and if anything needs to be activated/payed.

And where should I request ISTA+? Or can someone send it to me as well?
