car X3 f25 manufacturing date 05/2016

I can connect to the car, I can read SVT but I have got an error when I would like to Coding - after push button "Read Coding Data":
ATM [61] [0T00047]
readCPS o.k.
CAFD_00001F61_001_011_003 Fehler:
File for "cafd_00001f61-001_011_003" not found! [C012]

or
HU_NBT2 [63] [0T00047]
readCPS o.k.
CAFD_00001EF6_006_015_118 Fehler:

I can not also generate FSC code:
No FSC could be read from ecu "ECUId:HU_NBT2_0x63" for software id "ApplicationNumber=222 ,UpgradeIndex=1". [G116]
