Quick question. I'm looking at two pieces of paper from my dealer for a 330Ci European delivery. One is a computer printout of the price we had agreed to 34700 (SP,Xeon, moonroof). The other is a 7 page carbon purchase order that looks very official. It has MSRP prices for a total of 36000. This is the form I must sign and return to the dealership. I asked my dealer about the discrepancy. He claims that BMWNA doesn't need to know about our deal and that I will only owe the price we agreed upon. So far this dealer has been very upfront and fair about the whole process. So should I sign???:dunno:

Interesting...I had just the reverse happen when it came time for me to sign. I have both the official order form printed out that goes to BMWNA with MSRP along with the handwritten invoice that my dealer and I worked our deal out on. I signed that one...

I'm sure everything will be fine, but don't be afraid to refuse delivery if you sign and then find out the price changed on you after the fact.... .02

If you are financing through BMWNA that is not correct; BMWNA does need to know the final sale price. If you are financing through other, then the dealer is right, but you still need a solid piece of paper with dealer's letterhead that shows agreed upon sale price.
