Question about weight I vs. Ci

The BMWUSA website states that both the 330i and the 330ci weigh 3285. Yet the brochures for these cars state that the sedan is heavier, by about 250lbs. Which is correct? And why do they have the same 0-60 time if they weigh the same and have the same motor? Could the gear ratio matter?
