Hello! :D

As I recently visited a for sale E90 I started doubting my knowledge for the model. While inspecting the car I asked the salesman why the Angel Eys was not lit. He responded saying he believe the bulbs died. I got sceptical and thought it was wierd that both side rings went dead at the same time. :eeps: He said the bulbs needing to be replaced was the parking lights.
This is where you guys come in, to answer my noobish questions...

Is the parking light bulbs and the Angel Eye bulbs the same? The ones you replace with, let's say Lux V7's?

Thank you for giving intelligent answers to idiotic questions.. :dunno:

No. The corona rings are only present in the HID projector headlight assemblies. The basic halogen reflector headlights do not have them. It's possible that the car you saw did not have the HID option.

Turn indicator/parking lamps are separate.
