I need help getting my rear disc rotors to come off! Any ideas? I'm stuck and need my car back on the road ASAP. Wheels off, brake calipers off, and rotor screws are out. What can I use to free the rotors?

2 options:

1) put a longer screw into the set screw hole and try to separate

2) Use a BFH and hit it from the back side. Note: put a cardboard box on the floor in front in case rotor falls off with BFH.

Is the rotor rusted to the flange or loose and being held on by the parking brake shoes?
If rusted and your replacing the rotors get a bigger hammer and start wacking the rotor.
If its the shoes you need to go in thru a lug hole (hole at 6 o'clock position) and back off on the star adjuster to pull the shoes together so you can remove the rotor.

No offense but the hand brake is off isn't it?

You could try running the hand brake adjusters in, its probably caught on the hand brake shoes.

If not then brute force. You might want to give the center drum part a few knocks to make sure the brake shoes are released from drum.
