I believe each state/country has it's own law.
One thing for sure anywhere in the USA if one is blue and one is red ,it'll be illegal. though would be fun to see all traffic slowing down around you with those angel eyes configuration:bigpimp:

Definitely check your local laws but, generally speaking, red & blue are typically reserved for emergency vehicles.
