Hi,
I have a 750xi M Sport. My wife scraped up the lower edge of the front bumper on a parking block. Repair with cost $740. I am tempted to cover with a lip. Would a carbon fiber lip look good on a black car or do you think a body-color lip would be better?

I just paid 148 for a lip. + I have to pay to get it painted.

To be honest, that's the last thing you should worry about.... This car has so much more coming, I'd take care of that stuff first if you haven't already.

It shouldn't be 750 to fix. My BMW repairs and repainted my bumper for 350$ + tax

A lip would be cool but why not just skim coat the scratches with a sandable filler and spray it with automotive touch up paint made to match your car. A can is only like $20.

Lennox01, is that the lip on ebay? If so, how satisfied are you with the material, fit, and paint?
