The rearmost flap in the cargo cover in our X3 has become delaminated--the vinyl (I assume it is vinyl) has pulled away from the material underneath it.

A new cargo cover is ~$400. Is there a way to glue or otherwise repair the flap?

I took mine out the day I brought it home from the dealer and set it in the garage alongside the cover from my Tahoe -- which I also never used. There they will stay until time to trade/sell the cars. Now getting back to the subject. I am sure you can find some epoxy/superglue/gorilla glue that will fix it just fine. I would recommend not trying to fit it in situ but taking it out where you can work on it easily. There are lots of great products out there -- OSH, Home Depot, etc. are good places to look.
