I have issue with my 2006 325xi where the front left turn signal bulb won't work (rapid flashing) new bulb and new socket didn't fix the problem. I guess the headlight part where the bulb . socket goes in is in bad shape (the bulb socket is a little bit burned on the other terminal) Somebody was able to fix this issue on the headlight part ?(by cleaning or adjusting the contacts maybe) I'm thinking of buying an aftermarket headlights if this has been an issue.

Yeah, I had that happen on my e90 where the contact inside the housing (not the bulb carrier) was burned/corroded. I adjusted the metal tips to make sure they were making good contact and used some sandpaper to clean up the metal and problem solved. It’s worth a try... cheaper than a new headlight.
