Hi guys. I've read here that residuals are higher for July. Would that also apply if I lease a 2015 cpo 5 series? Anyone have details ?

No, because a CPO 2015 lease is calculated on a dollar-based residual, not a percent of MSRP. You would have to discuss the exact terms with your client advisor and the odometer reading comes into play, too.

Even a brand new 2015 model that hasn't been sold previously now has a dollar-based residual (except for the i3 and i8). Don't forget to compare what they offer on a lease with what they offer on a 72-month finance contract just to see which one you prefer. Also, compare what they offer on a lease payment against what you can get on a new, or demo, 2016 5-series. Those have a lot of support right now.

So there are still subsidized BMWFS lease programs for MY2015 i8s? What are they?
Everywhere I read mentions June as being the last month.
Thanks

June was the last month for everything except the 2015 i3 and i8. The money factor is the same as that currently used for the other new BMWs in the July/August program. This will be the last regular lease support program for those remaining 2015 i3 and i8 models, so now is the time to act if you're interested in one of those because once September gets here, it's over. They have so many different sorts of support that I won't even attempt to get into that stuff because I'm sure I would mess it up somehow.

All I will say is that if you want to know what sort of deal you could get on a 2015 i3 or i8, you should contract one of the friendly Bimmerfest sponsors and/or your local dealership. I'm sure they would love to hear from you. I would run a check on cars.com first to see who has what remaining so that you will know which dealerships might be the most interested in hearing from you. Obviously if you call a dealership that has none left, they will try to switch you to something else. ;)

Good luck!

Any additional monies this month regarding loyalty, drives, etc? I forgot to ask you earlier. Thanks again
