Forgot about this settlement check when 2 years ago when I filed my 2007 328xi with the Bridgestone RFT debacle...

Just got my check for $695.55 in the mail!

Anyone else get theirs ?:thumbup:

Here's my letter with the 2 year old check and 3 years ago issue:

Do you think the check will bounce in 90 days when it was "cut" on 8/30/11 ? If I just got it now, then 30 days have elapsed already!
What are they doing ? Keeping the interest for 30 days more ???

The lawyers asked for attorneys' fees of $1,200,000 for this case. I don't know if the court agreed with that amount. IIRC, this was for RF tires that usually didn't achieve 30,000 miles; many less than that. Hmm.

Yes it's a class action started back in 2009 and they took claims till end of 2010.

Since my claim was at 19,000 miles when the Turanza tires went bad, I get 50% back on the tires.

Not too bad to get back 50% of the cost of new tires and 100% on labor.:thumbup:
