Some how I knocked my right rear side marker out with my knee!! This a 2005 Z4. It looks like I need to go through the wheel well to put it back in place? Any advice on removal of the wheel well? Any advice is appreciated.

Thank you very much BostonB6!! This helps a lot. Now I have to decide if I will remove the wheel well and re-install the side marker myself or not:dunno:?

On my 03 I changed the left side one through the trunk.

Easy job. The right one might be different.

Easy job. You don't need to remove the entire wheel well. I added alarm siren and replaced both my side markers without jacking car or removing wheel. You do need to remove the 3 plastic grommets in the wheel well and 2-3 screws under car where the well attaches to the bumper then peel back slightly and reach hand inside.
