During inspection today, mechanic said PS was leaking and when he squeezed the black rubber PS fluid came out. Anyone know what I can do to fix this?

Sounds like the end seal in the rack is gone. You can get seal replacement kits but not sure how difficult a job it is to replace them.

If you're not losing much power steering fluid, clean everything up and get another inspection.

How often do you fill-up the reservoir? Is PS fluid getting on the ground?
