For a lease, I am unclear on whether certain items are taxable when computing sales tax on cap cost reductions in California:

1. Mission-to-Drive Credit?
2. Owner Loyalty Credit ($1000)?
3. Owner Loyalty .00030 Money Factor Reduction?
4. Acquisition Fee, if paid as part of drive-off charges instead of adding it to Gross Cap Cost of vehicle?

I would appreciate it if Jon or another California dealer would provide me with the answers.

For those of you who have viewed this post, here is what I found out from my CA:

The Mission-to-Drive and Owner Loyalty credits (#1 and #4) are taxable, as is the Acquisition Fee (#2). A reduction in the Money Factor (#3) is not taxable.
