See attached pic, friend of mine scratch his car today (cut the paint), without painting the entire quater panel, has anyone had small scratches on their car repaired by a body shop (ie. some touch up paint, then wet sanding with some very fine sand paper) so that it is barely noticable?

Any experience or do's/dont do's would be appreciated.
