Depends how deep the scratch is. if you can feel the scratch then there's nothing you can do. If these are fine scratches that can only be seen in direct sunlight and can't be felt, then they can be polished out.

I would recommend a detailer if you don't have experience with this. It requires more than one step otherwise you will dull the finish.
