So i really needed to do a quick wash when i was out of town. Apparently, the quick washes with highspeed hose and sud's brush left micro scratches.

Would this be easily cured with my 3m Imperial Hand Glaze, or would i need a higher abbrasive?

Fall is coming, guess another polish/wax routine is due before the cold hits.

If i would have to use the ScrathX, what are the steps i do after washing with Dawn to get rid of wax?

Not seeing exactly how micro your scratches are, I am assuming that someone not looking closely would probably not notice them. If that's the case, wash the car with Dawn to strip off the existing wax, then pick an out of the way spot to test the 3M IHG. If the IHG does the trick, do one section at a time until you are satisfied with the results. Then apply your favorite wax and you should be like new, or at least as good as you were before you hit the quickie-wash. There are probably a number of different routes you can take, so do a search and see what you find.
