Who ever had the warning on their dashboard that the seat cannot be read and needs calibration? How to do this?

Never had the message. However, I did read one pre-delivery checklist that had something like a “calibrate seat position” task, so I guess it’s possible.

One post I found said it can happen sometimes due to a low battery if the car has not been driven for a while. This is the post. Front Seat Calibration Not Working
