A couple of suggestions if you expect to get anywhere near your asking price:
If the front suspension is like that to keep the tires from rubbing, it's both stupid and dangerous. It must handle like a garbage truck. You've managed to negate the one defining characteristic of BMWs, handling. Put some correctly backspaced wheels and tires on it, reset the camber to factory specs. You'll get a lot more people interested in buying it. Oh, either black tint the right side tail light or remove the tint from the left one.
