Trying to set up a friend's '02 Touring with a ULF.
Phone syncs and calls can be made. In the car you can hear the caller, but they can't hear you. Mic is installed, and instead of buying the jumper, we followed a DIY for jumpering the pins manually.

Pins
8 ------- 10 Mic –
9 ------- 11 Mic +
13 ------ 26 Tel Audio + (Speaker +)
12 ------ 25 Tel Audio – (Speaker -)
18 ------ 23

The author of the ancient thread says Note: The corresponding colors should be the same.

However for Tel Audio 13-26 and 12-25 they are not. They are black/brown and black/grey and when you jumper them it's black/brown to black/grey and black/brown to black/grey.

18-23 is white/green on both pins. but no description of what it's for.

If anyone can shed any light on this please feel free to ad your comment/advice.

I have not dealt with this in years, however I did setup a girlfriends car with a ULF and in her car it turned out the SES plug had 1 one wire in it that was incorrectly located which prevented proper functioning.
