I think I need one of these. My interior is black leather with burlwood trim.

are those pop on like the OEM knobs or is there a set screw hidden under the black anodized aluminum collar at the bottom?

Clem,
I wrote E46fanatics but I also looked at their website. They show the sister to this shift knob, leather and silver, as being $149....Bav Auto has it for $114. So unless they are willing to deal...... I know where I'm buying it from.
