From what I can see this is about $500 over invoice which seems reasonable.

I also have $3200 rollover on an X3 that is figured into the deal

$859 / month 36 months Taxes included, Only first payment down.

My issue is that it has the old i drive. Is it likely that doing ED on a new 2010
with same options and saving the 7% that I will get a better deal?

With $3200 being rolled over into the lease I think its a great deal for an 09.

I guess the question is do you want to go to Germany to get the car? I for one did not.
While the new Idrive is obviously better, the 09 version is perfectly fine for me. As a leasor I don't care about MY 09 Vs. 10 regarding depreciation.

I got a new 535i from United BMW Roswell, 23rd last month for $699 per month payments for next 35 months 15k miles with 1400 down which includes first payment. I had a previous 2006 530i leased from them so got loyalty $s from BMW 2500 into deal, also disposition on old one is waived. I dont have sunshades but got shift paddles stickers the same 62320. Selling price was 56808!

Go figure.

Ouch on the taxes. That is one area I am glad I live in NH for - no sales taxes!

I'm also buying a new 2009 535i sedan this weekend in San Francisco area. I just got a quote from dealer this morning, mine's options almost the same as yours. MSRP: 61,920; Selling Price 57,215. That's $280 over invoice. I think I should have no problem to get the car at invoice. Any feedbacks from the Bay Area?

Sorry if I missed it but is this a lease or purchase. If its a lease, seems a bit high. If its a purchase, whats the interest rate? I'm with bimmerrg, I picked up my 535i last week and it was a great deal. United BMW in Roswell, GA has some great deals and an internet special listed for a 2009 535i for $529/month. They are also showing some 0.9% to 2.9% financing with the first two payments covered. I think you have room for a better deal.

I think you're paying too much for that car and too little miles. Get the payment down to 750 with 15K miles and then you're talking.
