I've got a 325 dealer loaner that I'll have for a few more days. The sports steering wheel is hard and slick (like vinyl). What's the best way to restore some feel to the leather? I tried cleaning it with Lexol cleaner without much difference in feel.

Griots sells a leather rejuvinator... I have not tried it but you might give it a shot. I use their leather care and it is a great product...

I think the standard sports wheel feels too hard and slick (and thin) to begin with, even when new... I had an M3 wheel put on prior to taking delivery. I am extremely happy I did so.
