I decide that I should possibly pick up a beater car for winter, quick errands, work commute etc;

my buddy has a shop , hes selling a 04 accord so im like perfect fully loaded , awesome price , etc;

insurance rates ; 600 for 6 months for liability only and thats at 15/30 , full covg 1,430 for 6 months...

no violations, no accidents, over 25... im like you have got to be kidding me

my z06 is 250/500 covg , full collision etc; 670 for 6 months..

an m3 will only b 700 every 6 months for me ...

so much for saving money... my dd will also be some sort of toy because it makes financial sense...

btw honda accord is the most stolen car in the US apparently.. (my work elevator told me that)

Odd. my 2005 Accord Lx 5-speed is $289 per every 6 months. I'm over 25 as well with no violations. That's with Country Companies insurance.

I would shop around a bit more on insurance.

I did 6+ insurance companies

but w.e he sold the car for alot more than he was going to sell it to me for so good for him
