Hey all I've been really busy lately and haven't been on in like a month. I'm sorry this question will piss some of you off but I searched and didn't find my answer. My fire alarm went off at three in the morning this morning i'm tired as hell and I just need an answer. Okay i cannot remember if a higher number offset makes the wheel stick out further or if a lower offset makes the wheel fit further out? I know that the offset we look for is around 40mm. I found a nice set of wheels cheap but they are 21mm offset. Can spacers fix this problem or is it too far off to be fixed? Sorry for the question that I could probably find searching but I've had a bad day and don't have the time. I hope you forgive me haha.

21 mm you will need some serious fender roll and pull and maybe some strecthed tire to pull that off...
The higher the offset the more it stays under the fender.
The lower the offset the more lip and the more the rim sticks out.
