SOS emergency call error (116d F20)

Hi there! I have the SOS emergency call error appearing on my dash after few seconda that i turn on the car. I also noticed that if i try to call somebody they can’t hear me at all, it seems that the mic it’s turned off (but it’s not).
Anyone having the same issue?

Ps: i also want to say that i took this car yesterday and the car dealer resetted the profiles and paired my Bluetooth with the car, not sure could be the cause.
