people out there on bimmerLand,i have some dude,an ex-bmwtech, thats is going to change my pressure regulating valve,flush radiator fluid & flush-bleed brake fluid.Im getting ahook up on parts @ the local bmw dealership.....the ex-teck gonna do it all for$75labor......soun d good............????:thumbup:

Hopefully you got him through a solid recommendation. You won't know if it's really a good deal until after the work is done... and probably not until a few hundred miles after the work is done. The thing about guys like this is they aren't bonded/insured so you've got no recourse if they screw something up. If it's a solid recommendation from someone you trust and he does good work, treat him right. Throw him a few extra $, or a bottle of scotch, case of good beer, whatever. A good indie tech can be worth their weight in gold. Okay, not really gold... maybe copper.

too-shey,mr Bendare........yeah i know the kid's brotha,i think its a solid recommendation & also his brotha lives in mi hood not that it really means anything,the only reason im not doing it is because i know how anal these cars can be & i rather watch someone that knows what there doing,so next time ill b alil bit more confident o doing it miself....thnx bendare :thumbup:
