Dear All

New to this so please go easy on me.

Have 330 convertible (2nd one, I never learn...), living in part of NSW where our roads are just tracks and pot holes.

The roof sqeaking from the rear is driving both me and my dog NUTS!

HELP please!

Michael

Squeaky Convertible Roof

Hello,
I had the exact same problem. When I took it in, it wasn't the roof that was squeaking. The sound was from the rear shock mounts. I had that fixed and back to peace and quiet.
Hope this helps.

Many problem with this. Several things you can do..

1. Lubricate all the arms in the convertible top
2. The plastic around the rear seats that cover top can be the issue. If it sounds like styrafoam sweeking, this may be the issue. I had to get it replaced.
3. Best to have someone drive and you sit in the back and find out where the sound is coming from. Then lubricate it appropriately.
