Replaced what was required. Brakes squeak and even squeak when driving (not a great deal and not constant),
Pads had stuff on back to damper squeak and I also used red goo to apply as well.

It is embarrassing for sound.

Do I get brake great and disassemble and smear grease around all (Not pad face or rotor)?

I hate to take them apart. But......

If you have coated the faces against the pistons and the contact points it should be enough. did you clean the or replace the slide pins. Another reason for squeaking brakes is that people fail to replace the anti-squeal springs, given how cheap they are? Also if you have not done this increase the spring pressure by bending, bit of a pig getting them back on but the increased pressure makes a big difference. Finally have you fully bedded in the pads by doing runs with heavy breaking? about five should do it!
Squealing brakes is fairly common with the BMW system, on my previous 6 series many had this problem. I have done a few threads on the issue and eventually fixed mine which was happening on one wheel.....
