I downloaded and installed INPA (5.06), but it didn't have ISTAGUI and was mostly in German. I don't know if ISTA GUI can be an add on or if I need to remove everything and start again with another download. I would appreciate any information on this, or for a link for a complete download.

By the way, this is for a 2006 330i N52, so it probably doesn't need to be the latest software.
