So the last step of my spark plug change today was the screwing the oil cap cap back on...naturally it broke, so I ran to our local S & P Automotive and got a Stant cap. Anyone use these and have negative results? Seems to be holding OK after a spirited run around town and on the freeway. LOL the gold color of the cap is kinda cool against the black and silver valve cover. This is my daily driver and I might not be able to get to the dealership for a week or so. Thanks all.

I promise, I'm not trying to be snarky, but how do you break an oil cap?
You can't be snarky because I didn't break it, really. It was super brittle due to it being exposed to engine heat after 15 years, I'm pretty sure. I felt a crack along the edge, and as I tightened it, it basically snapped off like a Ritz cracker.
