Did anybody happen to notice that the right-hand drive cars (AU, UK) have the starter button integrated into the headlamp switch cluster? It appears to be the left-most button in that cluster. Look at the middle picture on this post:

We left-hand drivers have the button added as an afterthought to the dash. I actually like how it looks in the headlamp switch cluster better, even if it means pushing with the left hand rather than the right.

Thoughts?

The ignition (fob/key) should be on the left side as well if it were truly a reverse (right hand) drive.

my point being it is not a mirror image. They could put the button wherever they want. And I guess they did. I thought the car was a reverse image, but I guess that idea is wrong.
