[Case]

This may not be a good thing. I got the number to find more info on my baby, and now I have more questions. I'm status 155. Has anyone tracked delivery from this point, I'm curious how much longer?

you should get a good idea from this. Everyone in this post had a 4/12 production date (status 155).

I was there but I was hoping that the lucky who already have their's would be able to give me some type of time table from status 155 till delivery. I have heard it varies, but was just hoping to get an idea. Thanks for the suggestion though.

Really depends on how long it takes to get on a boat. Once it on a boat, figure 3-3.5 weeks for east coast delivery, and 5-5.5 weeks for the west coast.

If it is a 325 being built in South Africa, even longer. But it seems to go from 155 to the port pretty quickly (a few days). Once at the port, it could hop on a boat within a day or two, or wait up to 2 weeks. Mine's status 183 (built, but not yet on the train to Bremerhaven) as of yesterday. I expect it to be at the port by Monday. A boat leaves Tuesday, but if there aren't enough cars at the port , I'll have to wait til there are.

It seems universal that once it gets on the boat:thumb: , then you have, as pps-325xit says, 3 to 3 1/2 weeks on the east coast, longer on the west for it to arrive.

Here's my timetable information from late last year. My car was built in Regensburg, Germany and delivered to New England.

11/5 - Status 155 Production complete
11/6 - Status 182 Released to carrier
11/13 - Status 195 Shipped from port at Bremerhaven
11/26 - Status 196 Shipment arrived at Fort Bayonne, NJ
11/27 - VPC
11/28 - Loaded on truck
11/29 - Arrived at BMW Center
11/30 - Parts dept. ordered accessories
12/3 - Accessories delivered
12/4 - Accessories installed
12/5 - Delivery

By the way, I must compliment the call center staff at BMWNA. My (numerous) calls were always answered within one minute, and the phone representatives were helpful and courteous.
