Yes, I filed a complaint a couple years ago and I wouldn't hold my breath that anything will be done.
I was surprised that I even received a phone call from BMW NA after writing an email to them. Of course all they said was, "Sorry and good luck".

I filed that form a year ago. Took 4 months to get a thank you note from TSA. The end of the story.

I believe that they investigated and found sticky steering to exist BUT not a safety issue.
