Strange clicking noise from passenger's window on coupe

Lately, when I roll down the passenger's side window, I hear a single click from that door when the window rolls down about 1/4 inch from the top. The window rolls up and down just fine. This only occurs when the door is closed. When I rolled the window down with the door opened, there is no noise. I recently had the lock on the door replaced by the dealer. Any connection there? Has anyone else ever had a similar "problem"? Thanks.

I once had a strange clicking noise in my passsengers door on my 94 RX-7 (back in the day). At first I took it to the dealer and they said they couldn't do anything about it so I took the door apart myself and sprayed everything with WD-40 . . .

Never had that clicking again !!!

I have no clue what your problem is but who knows :dunno: maybe wd40 would help it !?!?
