Just replace my #42 rims and Sumo tires with #5 rims and PZero Nero Pirelli tires and lost all the shimmy/vibration I had between 45-65 mph on my '02 530i S&P packages. The ride and handling are incredible. I knew the tires were bad (on the car when I purchased it), but I had no idea how much difference good tires make. I was about to purchase the PZero Nero tires and put them on the #42 rims until I ran across the this deal with new Pirelli tires and #5 rims in great shape.

im thinking about getting those P Zero Neros myself on my stock 16's. Are they going to give me better cornering feel than my current conti touring? Are they noisier that the contis? What about snow traction?

It's amazing to me how much good tires can really affect one's driving experience and ride. My P-Zeros were by far the best tires that I've ever owned, however my Toyos that I've since replaced them with definitely aren't far behind.
