I was looking under thrust arms on the net and found a Steve Haygood site that had Lemforder Upper Control Arms (Thrust Arms) with a 750 bushing installed for $99.00. This price seems too good to be true. Any feedback?

I also noticed a Sachs Boge bushing for this part for only 11 or $12.00 from Arizona Autohaus. That seems awful low, it must be a cheap bushing.

My main interest is the Thrust Arm as I could save $160 on parts from what the mechanic is telling me.

The price is great but I was afraid to order anything from that site. Heygood came up in quite a few searches I did for parts. I just did not trust the site for some reason. I got my lower control arms from Autohous AZ and they have good prices on many things. The control arms were MEYLE and the price was lower than some of the Off brands at all the other places I looked.

Take into consideration that thrust arms with pressed bushings can be purchased for as low as $51.00 ("Replacement" brand), the lemforders at $99.00 is not so far fetched it could be a good deal. Just be mindful of the shipping costs. There are many places that make up the difference that way. LOL... Autohous AZ is not one of those places, I think shipping is free over a certain amount.

Here are the places I just used to collect the parts for my front suspension.
http://www.pelicanparts.com/bmw/catalog/shopcart/BE34/POR_BE34_SUSshk_pg4.htm#item19 The MEYLE thrust arms are 79 bucks and the Lemforders are 93 bucks. No bushings but they are cheap. These folks also had the better price on the Strut mounts.

They had the best price on the Drag-link Center bar

They had the best price on the Tie rod assemblies

And then there is Autohous AZ that you know about and are reputable.
