No - you need to support the unibody, and be able to move things around. Hand tighten, the torque properly once you are lowered and suspension is loaded with weight

No, as written by noodles. Weight must be off the wheel to remove and reinstall the arm.

Since you are considering ramps, I'm guessing that you don't intend to slide the strut up and out of the way either. Very do able, just have to remember to use the open not boxed end of the wrench when tightening the ball joint. A box wrench will be trapped once the ball joint is drawn up.

Ball joint can be (should be) final torque with no weight on wheel, the bushing needs to be torqued at ride height (e.g. car on ramps)
