People put 295/25 and 265/35 tires on wheels sized 22x9 and 22x10 AND on 22x9.5-22x11

Common sense tells me that if the wheels are wider, 22x9.5 & 22x11, then those tires should obviously be bigger. I doubt they're standard for all 22s.

Can you clarify and pls post appropriate tire sizes for 22x9.5 and 22x11

Also, if my wheels are 22x9.5 and 22x11 and I drop the car, will I be compromising anything if I put spacers? I want the dropped look and flushed with fenders. What size spacers??

What wheels did you get again?

As for the 22x9.5 and 22x11, best bet is to run 265/30/22 and 295/25/22 or 305/25/22. Just be a little cautious with the 305. Depending on wheel offset, you may have to roll the rear fenders, or run a little more negative camber then usual to make it work.

As for spacers, it depends on wheel offset, how flush you really want these wheels, and how much work you are willing to put into it.
