what I don't understand is why is the front lip for the e92 coupe $285 (good price), but the entire kit is $825? The kit only includes front lip and rear bottom spoiler. There are no side skirts in that kit or rear deck spoiler. That would make the rear bottom spoiler $540?

Maybe I can clarify a little...

The kit includes the following:

Body nut (x2) 07146951655 list price .17 each, .34 total
Bolt (x2) 07147129160 list price .36 each, .72 total
Front Trim 51110414371 list price 385.00
Rear bumper 51120415359 list price 675.00
Rear bumper insert 51120414375 list price 275.00
Toe hook cover 51120415360 list price 8.80

Grand total: 1344.86....so BMW gives a better price of 1195.00 when the entire kit is purchased. We do even better and offer it at the unbeatable price of 825.00....this is not to turn a huge profit on these kits, but rather provide members of this forum and members of other forums we sponsor an opportunity to get these kits at the absolute best prices.

Hope this helps!

Please let me know if you have any more questions!

Thanks!

Dude, it just 3m's double sided tape. Go to any car supply store, and get yourself the 1/4" roll of tape ($3-4 per).

A bit of a thread-revival here. :)

Front lips are still on special here. Pre-paint is now a built in option as well!

BMW's recommended adhesive is actually the Betalink we offer here - it's not double sided tape, but actually a permanent glue/cement adhesive kit. Some guys have had luck using double sided tape - which may be a good option if you wish to return the vehicle to stock - but honestly not sure how well it will actually hold these on. Hope this helps. :)
