Unless you're looking for something specific and one of us could probably tell you, your best bet is to look to the Bentley.

Wheel Stud Torque Settings

Just the wheel studs, I have set them to 80 FP with a torque wrench, feels about right, but murphies law is that it could be more than this

Going by bmw tis (2002 version) the specs for a E36 are 120NM + or - 10NM
NOTE: bmw lists the specs as NM newton meters so you will need to convert that to foot pounds.
I am reading that off the tis software, Take it for what it is worth .....

I'll check for you when I get home, but if oembimmer is reading off BMW software that's up-to-date, I'd assume it's correct.
